
As CIO for an export company in Japan, Jonathan took the company into the Global IT market place by developing proprietary software that dramatically improved organizational efficiency and delivered real time financial reporting on-demand. His innovative business process concepts have a proven record of success. Most recently he reengineered operations for a multinational export company and saved nearly 50% off operation costs while improving customer satisfaction metrics and sales throughput. He ran the accounting and IT operations for a multinational auto export company including responsibility for operations in Southampton, Dublin, Brisbane, Auckland, Port Everglades (Florida), and Kyoto.
He obtained his BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of California at Irvine and his MBA from the University of Maryland (UMUC) with an emphasis on international business. Currently, he serves as Chief Executive Officer for iCatchIT. He has been a featured speaker and business process consultant to many domestic and multinational organizations including projects with Toyota, Microsoft, Intel, US military, GARMCO and others. Sachiyo Nomura brings her expertise in international trade to the management table of iCatchIT. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland (UMUC) with an emphasis on operations management and intercultural communication and is fluent in English and Japanese. While at Takara Co. Ltd. of Japan, an international import/export company, she helped develop the concept of virtual team in response to Quality Assurance issues between Japanese and American traders. Her experience in global trade includes intimate knowledge of American management and operations practices.
As iCatchIT's Operations Manager, she is involved in the day to day operation of every account and serves as primary liaison to our Japanese accounts.

Rosemary Whiteley began her public accounting career with Pfanner and Tate Accountancy Co., a firm located in Sacramento California. She brings with her 27 years of public accounting expertise. As an accountant and business owner, she has managed to own her company for 20 years prior to selling. During that time, she obtained hands-on experience in the design and implementation of various GAAP and IASB accounting procedure systems for a wide range of multinational and domestic clients.
In January 2003, Rosemary joined Logical Designs, the parent company of iCatchIT, as an accounting consultant. She has been instrumental in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures for iCatchIT clients. She has setup accounting teams, implemented accounting policies and procedures, internal controls, and audit practices for IAS compliant nationals.
She is a graduate of California State University at San Francisco and has a graduate level education in Business Administration from California State University at Chico. She is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting.

Cecil is one of the founders of iCatchIT. Together with CEO Corners and OM Nomura, she helped launch iCatchIT five years ago and has built it from the ground up. As a Business Administration student at the University of San Carlos, she worked for three years with the Business Resource Center as a student assistant. She was subsequently awarded an MBA in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos. Her first position was as Marketing Manager for Mandaue Integrated Manpower Services, Inc. Within four years, she became the head of the Human Resources Department where she focused on recruitment, training, and skills development, and employee relations.
Today, she is iCatchIT's Operations Manager for Australian operations. She continues to put company policies in place and execute job analyses and job evaluations aside from her duties for recruitment and selection. She created the company handbook that lists the protocols for discipline and regulation. Aware of the industry's emerging focus on low employee turn over and well being, she is sensitive to new industry trends and best practices. She is responsible for keeping iCatchIt in the forefront of the industry. She is a strong proponent of ongoing training and skills development, as well as a company-employee shared vision for a stable corporate culture.
Anna Lee is an Industrial Engineer with experience in ISO certification and Human Resource protocol standardization. Prior to joining iCatchIT, she was an HR Team Leader for an ISO-certified Japanese manufacturing firm where she was highly active in the areas of training, recruitment, and employee relations. She was involved in extensive recruitment procedures, developed recruitment processes as required. She is a skilled manager, writer, and corporate events organizer. She initiated their department’s request for an employee database and identified specifications for the application. She also served as their company’s internal auditor for their compliance to international environmental, occupational health and safety standards.
Anna currently leads the iCatchIT HR Department; she provides support to the implementation of management-initiated added employee benefits, ensures the efficiency of the recruitment protocol, and develops training modules when needed.

Eugene graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University. While at the university, Eugene was actively involved in various school and corporate events and affairs. Immediately after graduation, he took charge of operations and marketing for Bleu Ketchup Café. He then joined eTelecare Global Solutions as a Marketing Agent for a computer company in the US, and later on joined MACKMayer Media as Marketing Officer for their lifestyle publication, Southwall Magazine. Eugene became a member of the iCatchIT family as PR and Advertising Officer where he is responsible for corporate communications. He maintains the iCatchIT website, the company's marketing materials and publications, and acts as primary liaison for media enquiries.
