CRM works for me!

Ever since I was a child, I had always wanted to do a job that deals with people and relationships. Something I can gain knowledge from daily interaction and exchange of ideas among peers and colleagues while making money for the organization I work with. The idea of serving customers really fascinated me. Doing a job with a sense of personal warmth was no doubt my ultimate interest. Not long after my graduation from college, my first job was as Customer Service Representative of an international freight forwarding company. It was just wonderful to meet people from all over the world.
